What is your comment on Landmark. They have already started their project in Bintan and it's quite cheap now at around 1.40 It's good for long term say a 5 years horizon.
If the land price is escalating and they have acquired the land much earlier, there is a good chance that they can profit from this development. However, if majority of the project is hotel related, it will difficult for them to unlock the value.
